If you encounter any problems with our flour, we encourage you to contact us. We are eager to help troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing.

If it's determined that the flour has a milling defect, we will gladly exchange it for you.

Exchange policy

We offer exchanges for flour with milling defects. There are no specific conditions regarding the state of the bag (opened or unopened) for an exchange to be processed.

If an exchange is authorized, we will happily provide you with a replacement bag of flour.
